Don’t get me wrong, nutrition is my number one focus. But sometimes you just need to be sure you are getting all the nutrients your body needs by adding in some supplements. And in pregnancy this couldn’t be more true.

Supplements are always one of the first recommendations that my pregnant clients get from their primary health care provider. However, they are generally not given any guidance as to how to choose supplements and what to look for. The world of supplements can be confusing and overwhelming. If you’re buying your supplements at big box stores then we need to talk.
